The
Mar Menor area of the Costa Calida (Murcia
Region) is experiencing a population boom, with
many Northern Europeans & Spaniards investing in
Off-Plan properties.
Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca is

Spanish Government and the E.U. A new
Marina
is being built with room for 700 new berths.
Plans are also afoot to allow the port to

away from the water towards the main street, we are
on the Church square opposite the town hall.
